The Future of Printing is Digital.
Digital
technology is revolutionizing the printing industry. Because the
process takes the image from the computer straight to the press,
there is no more need for film or plates and the powerful chemicals
needed to process them. This also allows for a fast change from
one job to the next, eliminating downtime for cleaning the press
and changing plates between every job.
What this means for your job.
The digital process makes short run, high quality jobs a reality
for the first time. No longer do you have to order 10,000 pieces
in order to bring the cost per piece down to a reasonable amount.
Now you can order quantities as low as 100 and still keep your
price per piece within your budget.
Why lock yourself into 10,000 brochures or product catalogs that
may take you years to go through when you can order quantities
as needed. Your are also able to make changes to it throughout
the year. In fact, if there are changes that need to be made to
your job, they can be made simply and quickly, with no additional
charges for another set of plates.
Quality Color
The digital process is a true 4 color process, this means that
the quality is the same, if not better than traditional plate
printing. Color matching used to be a long, complicated and costly
process, but with digital files, the color correction is done
at the press with a few clicks of the mouse. We do not gang run
orders. Each order is processed individually, we check and double
check each order to make sure what you want is what you receive.
Environmentally Friendly
Beginning with the word digital - the environment is respected.
No film, chemical fixitatives, metal plates, or harsh acids are
needed to take your file to press. The printing process itself
uses a complex computer infusing system to monitor and recycle
consumables until all that remains is a fine biodegradable powder.
And clean-up is done with mineral oil which is also filtered and
recycled.
On Demand Printing
Our range of products include Calendars, Invitations, Business
Cards, Catalogs, Posters, Post Cards, Brochures, Table Tents,
Door Hangers, Greeting Cards, and much more. Let us show you how
we can but digital printing to work on your project.
Variable Data
A unique property of digital printing is the ability to print
variable data. This means that as each piece is printed, it can
have unique information printed on it. An example of this would
be a postcard that not only has the address printed on the back,
but also the customers name on the front.
One of the best usage for variable data is printing barcode information
on pieces such as tickets, so now, even if you have a small event,
you can have professional tickets with numbering and barcode information.
